how would you rank this site?

hey everyone

I have a friend of mine who just fixed my iphone for free and we were talking and he told me he is looking to create website for his business.

He basically does these 3 things

Computer repair
Iphone/Andriod/Smartphone repair/unlocking
Xbox 360/Playstation repair/modding

I bartered with him a new Xbox 360 (xmas gift for my nephew) and an Ipod Touch (xmas gift for my niece) that I would help get him on page 1 of Google giving him more exposure and I would give him some tips on how to market his business to get more customers.

I decided to do this because 1) he helps me out for free every now and then, 2) he does a good job 3) he is a friend 4) it will help me get more experience and testimonials or proof to show other businesses.

Anyway, I am not sure if I should create one site for these 3 services, if so would I try and rank for the keywords for each service? Maybe each service has it's own page and it's those pages I try and rank for.

or would you create 3 seperate sites?

Seems more common sense to create one site, 3 seperate pages for each service and focus on ranking those pages.

How would you guys do this?
