Looking for more offline passive income streams

I'm a big fan of offline consulting and always working to take myself more and more out of the game so I can talk more directly to clients and sell more.

Do any of you warriors have a favorite offline WSO that deals with passive income streams in optimizing SEO for clients? I got a few but wasn't that impressed. I'm looking for a WSO that helps you almost passively sell SEO services to clients for anywhere from $150 to $500 and above depending on the client. Please post any favorites in this thread.

Thanks again.

    Hi Dwight,

I think that any product that makes those type claims will be slightly embellished.

Here are the things I do to generate clients that are somewhat "passive":

    1. Inbound calls resulting from my website - I get many of these each week.
    2. Networking group memberships - while not truly "passive", I go and participate in a few groups, and typically get many low end possible clients in the price range you describe.
    3. Video emails - I use a combination of a quality email coupled with a great video in it to get responses from people interested in local search and/or social media.

While only the website method is truly "passive", these are all pretty painless. #3, Video Emails, can be easily outsourced.

Let me know what other strategies you uncover - always great to learn.

    Thanks again,

    Brian

I would never consider sales passive. And to sell you have to "sell". Now there are ways to create relatively low labor monthly payments. If you price it right the business will feel they get value even if you are not even spending an hour on it a month.

Dwight, funny I saw this today. Last month was my best month ever for income from IM. 50% was from passive streams (and I mean totally passive) and 50% from working my butt off doing offline for many local businesses. I do not see the 50% for offline becoming passive for A LONG TIME! I've owned other businesses and the nature is such that once I begin to hire people to do the sales side of things, i'm done! How I look at the income is as such. If I am at 50/50 now, the ratio will climb on the passive and my non-passive will merely be more money for less work.

One thing I know helped me was to have a long term plan that mixes in with my "life goals". I know how much I need and by when to make my dreams a reality. Everything I plan with my business follows that now.

I have no agenda but to help those in the same situation. This I feel will pay the bills.

I guess you could consider SMS services passive after you've sent up the accounts? I collect passive income from all my accounts every month, but I had to work to get those accounts in the first place.

I'm not sure of a WSO that teaches how to make passive money offline because I'm not sure it would be very accurate. When you're dealing with clients you will almost always have questions to answer at some point. Although you can make it as passive as possible through using outsources.

No doubt, the selling part will always be part of the offline process - i'm referring more to the services offered once in your backend to make things as passive as possible so you can sell to new business.

    Hello Dwight,

I am not able to send you a PM reply to the message you sent me due to being new to WF and not having enough posts yet.
