What intro do you use?

I am cold calling for sms and of course need to speak to the decision maker.
What intro do you use to get them on the phone besides just asking to talk to the business owner.

I am looking for new angles here. Just called a few places that say they don't want to talk unless it's about getting x.

What do you use as an opener? Thanks

always remember, use strong, meaningful words to business owner. Before talking about your service or your product, try to build trust with person on other side.
Be fair for your saying and honest to your offer if you want to make gud business relationships.

Thanks, but I'm more looking for the intro of the conversation, so they will actually begin talking to you.

"I have a very important business proposal for (Owners name)"
"I have sensitive information about how to increase revenue for (Business name)"

As a business owner, I would hang up on anyone who called and used the above suggestions.
You've probably heard it a hundred times but cold calling is truly a numbers game. There is no one magic line or opener. Just shoot straight and be yourself. If it's something that makes sense for their business, they'll respond.

That's great but lines aren't for the business owner it's for the person who answers the phone.

If you want something specific, when I was in radio, I opened every cold call with, "Hi this is Paul Sullivan. I'm wondering if you could help me. I work with companies to . . ." If you explain it clearly without using buzzwords or jargon, they'll volunteer who you should speak with.

That sounds good, I think I will give that a try.
