I sent this out earlier to my newsletter subscribers and thought I would share the shorter version here...

Yesterday we spoke about really listening and diving into the answers your customers give and today we are going to discuss seeing what others don't.

There's an old saying that go's...

"In the land of the blind the one eyed man is king."

This can be very important to think about, especially with all the online and offline businesses popping up everywhere. As a marketing strategist, I always have to be the one eyed man in the land of the blind.

Looking at missed opportunities, seeing what can be done in a business to make it not only stand out, but also become profitable.

I have to be nearsighted and farsighted. Keep eagle eyed on everything while others fly around blindly.

If you really take time to do this in your business, you'll be amazed how much easier it is to see your goals and dream business become a reality.

Now you may find it hard sometimes to really look inside and outside of your own business, but if you want to be king or queen, then you need to really dive into your business, your market, your product/service, your competition and more.

Are you blind to something in your market and business now?

Think about that, open your eyes and see how quickly your vision and business becomes more profitable.

Math and follow up marketing. Alot of business owners don't do the math in their business, and don't believe that they need to do backend marketing. Even if you go negative on an initial customer, the average customer could probably be worth hundreds or thousands of dollars to you.

Alot of people don't get this, and newbie internet marketers who start off with PPC aren't convinced that it's a great way to make money -- because they're losing money off of each sale. It's all in the follow up, and doing the math in your business. How far negative can you afford to go negative in your business?
