What are the benefits to local businesses of Adwords account management?

The way I see it, once an Adwords account is setup, with a nice CTR and traffic, not much else needs to be done aside from monitoring the bid prices.

I believe that the best way to convince business owners to pay you on an ongoing basis is if you not only send PPC traffic, but PPC traffic which converts, which can be done by redesigning their website.

    -Landing page development (content and design).
    -Competitive analysis.
    -Creating processes for lead tracking.
    -Mobile paid search optimization.
    -Exploring beyond Adwords (other paid advertising venues).
    -Designing and deploying creatives (based on seasonality, trends, etc.)

    There's a tremendous amount of value you can build into a properly managed PPC campaign... just have to match the client with what suits them best.
