Speeding up the starts of You Tube videos

Hi

I am posting some demo vids on You Tube to then put on my sites to show to clients , often they take a while (20 seconds +) to start playing on YT or the site itself.

Ive noticed this on a lot of videos (not just mine) on YT , is there anything we can do to ensure our videos start quicker (other than maybe put them on another quicker site though Id welcome confirmed info there too)

    Use gigabit routers and switches. Convert your WMV/AVI video to FLV flash format - as this will greatly reduce the size of the video, without reducing quality. You can do so with a free software called SUPER.
