killed my netcom today :(

its DOA it was the only one i know that had the one way mute.
( the switch that mutes you, but you can still hear them talking )

Any one know of another head set that does this?

they don't make my model any more, and none of the refurbished
places have any in stock. and its 3 wks for a repair.
i cannot wait that long.

I cannot believe it is not standard on the newer models, to me its such
an important feature

      Netcom is a brand of base unit + head phone system


      i think they were bought out a few yrs ago, and now the new name is GN Netcom...

      My favorite model is from an older series they made, and dont produce any more. and none of the new series has the one way mute.

          thank you i appreciate that. but from what i just read thats a dual channel
          mute.

          i need a single channel OUTBOUND Mute.

          i cannot for the life of me find any so far.

                forgot to check the number on the phone. but from what this guys says on that post to you. he has what i want. i have used plantronics in the past, and did not like the call quality. But i have heard they are much better now.

                never used a Jaba system
