I am wondering what would be best way or many ways to get testimonials. Thanks.

Buy them! I bought a couple of video testimonials off of Fiverr before and they were great. Pick the right people to do them, though. Don't get some thug looking guy that gets really close up to the camera and does it all creepy.

Testimonials don't have to be real, just believable.

True Larches..I was kind of reffering to getting genuine ones like on social media, places like that and I guess to sell digital products on Clickbank, they need to be real testimonials. Thanks for your advice tho.

Ask your happy clients for them. Ask regularly. But don't expect them to figure out what the right words to use are: when you ask, let them know that you'll write a draft, which they can edit. Find out what they didn't know or have before working with you that they do now. Make sure your testimonials are specific (I let this go for a long time and have recently started making sure what I get actually 'says something'). Otherwise it's just a bland "it was great" which sells nothing to no one.

You can also offer a discounted price for your product in exchange of the testimonial.

If it's a product, give away some review copies, or at least sell some copies at a discounted price. It'll give you a kick start into selling whatever it is you're offering.

If it's a service, do bits of work for free in return for testimonials. I did this with web design, and other related services. This is also great for getting referrals.

Give it away for free to a few of your subscribers, and follow up on them to see what they think. Ask if they can leave a testimonial for your product, and offer them a free gift for doing so.

I have a Google voice number specifically for testimonials. I tell my clients to call in and leave a nice message about our services.

I then download the voice recording and use it on my website, give it to sales guys to play at potential client meetings and I also get them transcribed and have them put on the website, along with giving to my sales reps to email out and put in their signatures.
