Will Using Press Released Get My Website Banned?

I wonder if someone could provide their feedback with my query?

Myself and my husband are about to promote our offline website services using a press release via PRWeb

Going by many comments all over the web, to many links could you a website banned/deindexed by Google

Will using a Press Release be a issue?

    No... this is absolutely ridiculous to even think. People just want to be paranoid and instill fear into you!

    Press releases are a natural way of advertising a website, company, or events. Syndicated content, and going viral is natural to google.

      In the main forum, I have read threads on people loosing rankings, to many links to fast is bad etc etc

      This sub forum seems to be more down to earth

        That is because the majority in the main forum spam links out, using programs or software, and don't care about quality. They try to game the search engines instead of getting truly beneficial backlinks.

        You will be perfectly fine. Too many low quality links, fast, is bad. Too many low quality links period, is bad. If you're doing everything naturally, you will be fine.
