What your opinion about furniture ..? [thanks]

Hi, Warriors. I want to ask your opinion for most of member of WF is marketer.
My friend and I interesting in furniture topics, and try to find the way to share this knowledge to people through internet. But we have big question marks , for we only found a little digital products on furniture, we questioning, why??
Maybe , you can give some opinion on this..

      Thanks a lot for yours first answer, my english is not good enough. Actually, i and my friend want to make a digital product about furniture , to help people / family choose good quality furniture for them, and to keep furniture in good condition for long time.

      When i am doing keyword research, i found many seeker for furniture niche and related keyword. but when we search for digital product [competitor], we only find a little. So i think this is not a good market ? am i correct?

      I am asking your opinion about this.

        There is a market for everything, you just need an angle.

        Oh there is definitely a market... You just need good copy..and the right positioning. Imagine the nice commissions off that. SELLING a furniture guide, getting display content ads on furniture sites, getting them to your site to buy your guide, and then offer affiliate products on the back end. He basically has no competition because like you said, many people don't see a market for this. I do though, and it could definitely make a killing.

    Now to answer your question, offline marketing probably isn't right for you in this case. You are referring to product releases, and ebooks. Why aren't there ebooks and digital products for this? Well, maybe it is an untapped niche. Maybe no one has successfully found an angle to offer this.

    My suggestion, if you want to share your information on furniture, build an authority site with a wide variety of topics and put google adsense on it. If you do that, you can generate some passive income, while sharing your knowledge and building your list.

    You want to build your email list, because once you release a digital product on furniture you will need to market it! What better way to market it, than to send it to your email list?

    Or, you can build up a website offering this product, have a good sales copy, rank it in google or use PPC and then you can make some money maybe.

    Buy PPC on Kijiji or Craigslist and yes it could sell as Ultimate Secrets Furniture Companies Don't Want You To Know!

    I sell my digital product to more real estate agents with the line "Rent Your House Secrets Real Estate Agents do not want you to know" then anything I think.

    Sell a lead generation PLR report for furniture companies to reach their customers.

    Sell it to consultants who have furniture stores as clients.

    Sell it to those who have furniture store websites.

    "Guide to Buying Bedroom Furniture"
    Write from the perspective of giving information to customers on how to make good furniture purchases. Make the call to action to call the client. Make it generic so that you can sell it to consultants and companies as PLR.

      You could make it fun!

      Don't know much about furniture companies giving you a affiliate commission but I am sure some do if you promote their brand on your website.

      What I mean with fun is to give your readers valuable information. For ex. a beautiful sofa is just that, beautiful. What most consumers do not know is that the construction of the sofa is vital to its longevity. The heavier it is, the more durable, the thread count in the fabric, the way the bottom is hold together, etc.

      Just like the "will it blend" Youtube commercials (google it on youtube) you could rip a sofa apart and explain your discoveries. I don't mean for you to go out and buy brand new furniture to rip apart. Find some junk and explain the principles. Instead of "will it blend", title it something like "will it last".

      Just an off-the-wall idea that might get you thinking. People LOVE fun, right, lol , Eva

      P.s. You could also conduct interviews with furniture manufacturers with pictures of their factory and manufacturing process with questions like "why are your furniture better" and so on.

      p.p.s. visit some upholstery shop and ask them what is a quality piece of furniture and make a video out of that too.

    I think there is a discussion in the book "Millionaire Mind" about buying quality furniture that will last. Maybe come at it from this angle.

    Also, if there is NO competition it typically means yes, there is not really a market. However, it would be something you can test REALLY fast with a google adwords ad that was something like what is shown:

    Can also write tons of variants of that ad...

    Did you get ripped off?

    you can target craiglist and other listing sites.. and for the digital products, ebooks can be a great product. Maybe you can research first on your target market; is it directly the home-owners or the manufacturers that you would like to be your market, before you dive in to the sea..
