Please recommend an offline / social media management contract or set of legal documents

I'm looking for something similar to Sitepoint's web design business in a box for social media management and offline marketing. I have a one page contract / scope of work that I've been using from some guru course, but it's a little embarrassing in how poorly it is drafted and I'd like something that protects our interests, but doesn't blow our credibility.

Any suggestions?
