What's the best products and techniques to generate inbound calls?

Hey guys,

I'm just checking what's a good product or some techniques we can use to generate inbound calls?

I wanted to ask since I have a call center here in the Philippines and I want to turn the account inbound, we have done a few methods, but any advice would be appreciated!

      We are doing happy warrior's wso, private practice, but more ideas are always good. We also do outbound calls, but in general we know that inbound converts at around 15% FOR THE LOWEST campaign once you have trained agents and what not.

    Massive PPC campaigns, TV and radio ads, even print ads. Unfortunately, it is harder and more costly to do this than if you were to do outbound calls. Although, its up to you to see the kind of ROI both ways.

      Yeah, we're doing private practice method now. Emailing people and waiting for them to respond. I saw all your ideas above, i'm pretty sure there are more stuff that would be more creative that the usual trimedia.

    Is this for local businesses? If so there are a lot of things you can do. You would need to find someone in the region you are targeting but you could get creative. Partner with companies that have similar services and do referrals for commissions. You could find a school or non-profit looking for a fundraiser, track calls they generate and pay commission. Really just about knowing niche and being strategic. What industry are you targeting?

      More on service oriented businesses, auto repair, electricians, gym trainers. I got a good linkedin profile etc. thanks for the idea.

    Here's an idea. Find a good person that is a hub and leverage their relationships. For instance, you mentioned trainers. They probably know a lot of people. Offer one some very discounted services in return for intros to clients that could be a good fit. Start networking through some hubs, may be an easy way to build it.

    Why not do something like take a screen shot of their Google Place page that hasn't been verified and mail it to them as a post card with some good ole fashion copy about how they're losing money and you can help them fix this problem. yada yada yada give me a call.
