Only a few real estate businesses to target
I am looking for some guidance in contacting a few very important businesses. I have done cold calling in the past but with more of a spray and pray approach if you will.
These first contacts will be so important because there are only three or four of them to contact, to hopefully arrange a meeting with two or three and eventually close one. This is the real estate niche and I am not targeting individual agents just the businesses that they work for, and there are four such businesses who move enough houses to be able to afford the marketing agreement I wish to present them.
The agreement I will present is a contractual SEO campaign and the presentation will involve proven numbers and research to show them a ROI is available and more business will be delivered.
What I need help with is not screwing up the first contacts via cold call, I just need to get the busy business owner on the phone for a few moments, and when I do what would be the best thing to say?
