To take a company global... or even in our case in the USA there is not just one single way to go national let alone global. You need to use a combination of techniques, and even then, you can't take a company that far, they need to have the organization to be able to handle it. Sometimes rapid growth is an awful thing, if they can not handle it!

Charging them would be easier, depending on how confident you are. Charge monthly and see if you can get equity, depending on if you really believe they can go global.

Salam (greetings) from a fellow Malay (in Singapore)!

My name is Latiff and I currently oversee all Marketing (online, offline, events, lead generation) for a cloud computing company in Singapore, so I hope my humble advice can help you with your goals.

    1) what service that i should focus first to give to our potential customer and how to convince them?

First you need to focus on which market segment or vertical you want to target - is it Restaurants? Law firms? Dentists? Finance companies? Wedding Caterers (big business in Singapore especially for Malay Muslim community, not sure for Malaysia)?

Because in the offline brick and mortar business world, different businesses operate differently and respond differently to different forms of online marketing.

For e.g. restaurants do better with Groupon type of marketing campaigns and Facebook fan pages, but these same campaigns may not be suitable for law firms.

You also need to find out which types of businesses typically have bigger budgets or have higher profit margins yet can keep low head count? For e.g. in my company, we've worked with a client that does over 20 Million in global revenue yet their head count is only 5 people!

Once you've identified the target segments you want to work with (first), then you figure out which strategies you (or your company) can specialise in and develop your (or your company's) skills in, that can fit with the target segments.

For e.g. let's say you settle for restaurants, F&B businesses, caterers.

For these type of businesses, SEO and social media marketing / brand monitoring would be suitable. Next, find the right people with proven expertise in this field to help your business grow in this target market.

2)How i can charge them(ecspecially the bigger company that have several millions revenue per year)

You should charge for both set up and recurring services. In my experience, it helps to have a very clear-cut "template" kind of contract that you can use with your clients, that states payment terms very clearly.

Make the recurring part optional at first, and if they are happy with your service, "upsell" them to the recurring plan.

3)what medium is the best way to help them grow globaly with internet?

This relates to question no. 1.

    Generally I find that -

    - SEO works best for local, regional-specific B2C where customers look for the products or services they want online and also B2B where business customers look for solutions or services to their business problems online. But SEO may not be suitable for manufacturing, import / export, commodities, etc (as these largely depend on personal connections and exclusive networks).

    - Social Media is best for B2C - e.g. restaurants, events companies, small entertainment businesses, training businesses, home-based F&B services, etc.

    - PPC is suitable for the same target group that SEO is suitable for, but for companies with more budgets to spend on PPC campaigns.

    - LinkedIn - for executive search, recruiters, trainers, B2B.

4)is there any company that do callobration or franchise globally in internet marketing services?

Not too sure about this one, maybe other Warriors can chip in.

5)like to hear Any exprience from everbody here (what to do or What not To do in this industries)

    Some general tips -

    - Project 3 to 5 years into the future. What's going to be hot next? E.g. Mobile, local mobile, social mobile local, mobile payments, more socially-conscious businesses. How can you tap into these opportunities?

    - Have a very clear vision about what you want to do with your business and how you want to serve your clients, down to the last detail, and map this with your current resources, manpower, skills and also your limitations and constraints.

    - If you read the Steve Jobs book, what we can learn from it is - Empathy, Focus, Impute - a good article to read about it here (Why Apple is Successful)

I hope this has been helpful!
