Business idea for top talent

I'm in the fortunate, but never experienced before,
situation where I've got access to top talent for outsourcing needs.

I'm wondering how to capitalize on this situation, so came here for ideas.

Here's an example of two people I have...

#1 Recruiter and trainer who recruits #2 for me...

#2 Head trainer for Philippines outsourcing company
responsible for training over 300 people and
be in contact with American companies.

There's plenty more like them...

so any ideas on a type of business to run?

These people want to work from home, not an office.

Thanks for your ideas.

Best,
Ewen

Well, I don't see how this can help you build an offline business. What can they do? Are they just VAs or what? Are they accountants, graphic designers, SEO people, customer service or what?

I believe you should have people who compliment your business, instead of having a business work around them.

Yeah I've got the people to run my operations,
just wondering about another start-up to capitalize on
all talent required to serve typical outsourcing needs.

      Thanks Erik.

Their personalities seem to me be of more nurturing
      than sales hunters and closers.

Still could be used to upsell existing customers though.

Just done some research on fees charged
by recruitment companies here in New Zealand...

in the 17 to 24% range of annual salary.

      At $50,000 and 17% you're looking at $8,500.

That's given me food for thought!
