What do you think of BaseCamp?

I am currently using the free version, which allows 1 project, and 15MB storage. I am going to use it for my telemarketers and see how it goes.

Anyone have opinions on using it for managing your outsources?

    Have used it for years. Once you can get everyone to use it, it's irreplaceable for keeping everything / everyone organized.

    Being able to answer an email, and it's auto-posted in the project is a nice touch. You can keep the BC thread going without having to log in, find the project, and post.

    Also an excellent repository for files.... once central place everyone can access.

    Brainstorming using Writeboards is very useful. Creates a "living" document everyone can access/update, with version tracking.

    In a nutshell, I consider it a valuable service, and highly recommend it.
