Large Proposal

I met with a large real estate company owner on Friday afternoon. I am suppose to deliver a proposal to him later this week. The terms range from 880 month to 22,200/mth . Very large real estate terms. Not sure how I should set up the proposal or do the pricing. Any help would be appreciated.

    I signed up for a free trial at Design Proposal Software | Web Design Proposal Software | Bidsketch after researching several proposal templates on graphicriver and themeforest.

    Besides their bull**** interface and clunky template, I was able to use bidsketh to output a decently non-****ty PDF.

    Can you tell I didn't like Bidsketch?

    Honestly the absolute best way to do this is to get in contact with someone who has done this successfully before. Of course you could do using other methods but your learning curve would be much much longer and you could screw up more easily.

    I have been successful with numerous other local seo clients. However, never on terms with this much search volume. Any help would be appreciated on the pricing. 3-5 terms . how much upfront? how much monthly to get on page 1.

    880 to 22k a month! That's quite a spread.

    If you got these numbers from them, go big and get that 20k contract.

    Be the marketing professional they need - cover all the bases and be 100% confident with your proposal.

    A friend of mine who works in media advertising successfully pitched a 1 million dollar contract for the year to a massive car dealership.....they bought the personality and confidence he brought to the table.

    You must have done something right up to this point so go in there and hit it out of the park.

    Here is the scoop. The guy owns multiple businesses. His name is plastered all over the shopping center I met him in. Strip mall but still you can tell the guy has jack. He has been using Adwords for 10 years. We logged right into his account. Used SEO guys 5-6 years ago but didn't get any results. Not sure at all how to price this. What do you suggest?

    Sean-Unfortunately, this doesn't come close to answering my question.

    He is b2c. The owner personally handles all the Google Adwords PPC and does quit well with it. Been burned a few times on SEO so he is leary. Already has the majority of everything you listed set up. MY QUESTION IS HOW DO I PRICE THE SEO.

      Having everything I listed "set up" doesn't address the ongoing services, postings, content creation needed. If you are just bidding SEO, I would price in the $2,500 to $5,000 range and outsource all the link building. Its just really hard to give any exact pricing without understanding what the client needs and what they website looks like. Goodluck my friend.

    Go ahead and download that from my dropbox, and read it. It's about going for "no". Should take you about 2 hours from start to finish. My the end you'll have balls so large you won't be able to sit down...but won't have a problem asking for $22,000 a month.
