Hi guys. What are the best ways to get seo clients?

Let's assume u have a set of keywords and for example u found a keyword like "restaurants Manchester". How would you find clients?

    I would search that term, then contact the Adwords advertisers on the SERP. They have money to spend and they believe in online marketing.

    You can offer to optimize their Adwords campaign, or supplement/replace it with more cost-effective SEO services. The latter works especially well for expensive Adwords keywords (i.e. lawyers, plastic surgeons).

    The very BEST way?

    Dominate their niche with a Portal, sell them advertising and pitch services:

    Web Development
    SEO
    PPC
    Print
    etc etc etc

    That way they KNOW (without doubts) you can do for them what you just did for you.

    How much would you charge for keywords that have

      I think that the best way to charge people is to first evaluate the competition. There can be thick competition for searches that only yield 100-200 a month, there are keywords that get 20K searches a month that would be easier!

      Instead of the amount of searches, judge by competition and go from there.

    Hello,

    What you need to do is

    1) Go out and find some local businesses that you think you might be able to help with IM
    2) Do some Basic Keyword Research about the local business niche
    3) Create a Video Landing Page for the Local Business
    4) Get or Write some spinable articles
    5) Launch your campaing for the local business and start getting leads for them
    6) Once you have some leads, go to the local business, explain what youve done, and sell them your campaing based on the results
    7) Charge them accordingly to how much money they will make per each lead

    This sounds to be some hard work but once you get those clients, it will be an easy money per month. Particularly doctors, builders, small investment firms should be your target. These guys do not understand what SEO is? You can even design a site (or outsource if you cannot) for them.

    Remember, these people do not understand what SEO is (most of the time)? So you need to tell them in detail what kind of benefits they can expect by placing their site on top rankings. It can be a sell, it can be a lead.

    Selling SEO upfront is really hard. Yet, the money for SEO is extremely attractive. The approach we took is selling a lower cost product that provides immediate results. This allows us to create the relationship with the business while impressing them with the results they're getting from the lower priced product we put in place.

    We then cross-sell them SEO as part of a logical part of our working with them. By this point we've educated them more on the internet, how people do searches and other things so they are prime for SEO.

    This approach works significantly well.
