Business Consultant
Hi all,
Before I decide to put an ad in the classified section, I was wondering if someone can refer me to a really smart, sharp, knows what he/she is doing - business consultant who works with micro or small businesses. We are on a tight budget.
Someone who knows both offline & online marketing & does fabulous business plans.
I hired someone to help me with my business & things just aren't working out. I tried, but after 2 months he still doesn't understand me or the day to day of the company.
So, I'm on the hunt for someone new & I need someone fairly fast, as me & the other person JVed together to offer my clients business plans (at least his plan wasn't bad even though it's useless, it's just words on a piece of paper. I had already had one drawn up even if it wasn't professional.). I was just about to sign up a client for a business plan & now I can't. I can't risk it. I may also have 2 other clients interested in one of the 4 plans we were going to offer, so this is important.
I am working on getting the site designed & we finished the copy & questionnaires.
I'm looking for someone with a proven track record of helping companies or individuals grow their brand & of course revenue. Someone who's very intuitive, doesn't need to be micro managed, understands things very quickly, has a good memory, has excellent communication skills & is open minded.
