Just want to give back, so I jotted down the "check list" in my head when working with offline clients. It covers most of what's worked for me in the past.

      I have 19 years of sales in this industry under my belt and I can tell you, this is really a good list.

      Alot of things on WF seem to be complete garbage. I've literally spent thousands of dollars on WSOs doing research and this is one of the few things I have read that appears to be from a professional actually doing the work.

      Kudos sir, this will be a big help to the hard workers building a real business.

    I noticed you mentioned you are selling CRM's as well and mentioned VTiger...

    It's actually what we built off of for our Backend. Are you offering any customizations for your Clients?

      HypeText: Not really, sometimes I integrate existing systems into the vtiger process, but usually its simple stuff.

      KTmakwana: I hope it brings you more success...

      By the way, I'm working on a new method that will allow me to work with many customers of the same industry in the same niche without conflict of interest, while making most of them happy.

      Anyone here working on something similar?

      Hey Aaron

      Vtiger is a capable open source CRM system. Easy to install and use. There is a good book available about it: ISBN-978-1-84951-186-5.

      It is web based so you can install it on your own hosting and rent it out to your customer.

      Along with training and support - it can add to you and your customers bottom line.

      On top of that, you can get some really good vtiger help on sites like elance and odesk.
