Best Way to Get Business Leads?

Hello
I am trying to sell a product to local businesses.

Lets say I wanted all the dog groomers in Toledo, Ohio.

How do I go about doing it?

Melissadata? SRDS? Nextmark? Google?

(PS I am looking to acquire about 10k addresses, emails, phone numbers, etc)

    You can do the same for Superpages, yellowbook, manta , facebook

    and a whole lot more. google included
