Looking for a site or software i
Allows several clients and some employees to write on to another and transfer files, including real-time email alerts
Customer can see only info about his/her messages/question/ticket
looking for VERY SIMPLE TOOL

Call Tom at KDI about RADAR.

This was in development and I'm not sure how far he's taken it, but I think it's heading in the direction you want to go.

I have just started using them for client project management and it is very flexible. It allows all team members to communicate, share files, status updates etc. It's free for the first 5 users.
