Hi Warriors,

I've been doing pretty good with offline clients, but I have a new client for which I'm not sure how to handle.

Here's the situation... They are a Real Estate property management firm and although I ranked the company for most of their keywords, there is not much demand/search in that area.

What kind of service would you/do you offer to companies like that?

Thanks for the help

Other, offline marketing methods...like signs, direct mail...

...helping them figure out a new market segment to enter that DOES have a local demand...or help them reach into a new area to offer the same expertise?

Sounds to me like they have to expand their business somehow, by either offering more services or to a larger area.

Perhaps you might encourage them to add QR Codes to their signage that links directly to a Youtube video that shows a property 'walk through' and then links to the realtor listing for more details? You could provide this service to them.

Consult with them find out what their short/log term goals are... Find out what they have did in the past that has worked and what hasn't worked. Find out where there prospects hang out/read/associations/etc.

Arm yourself with as much information as possible and sooner or later they will tell you what they want to give you more money for next

Do your homework about property management demand in the area and the local industry in general.
    - Is the weak demand due to the economy, market saturation, strong competition, etc.?
    - Do they want to expand their geographic reach (does it fit their business goals/model)?
    - Can you expand that reach (SEO) to surrounding towns/cities?

Also think about trade publications, industry directories and other forms of online/offline promotion targeted to income/commercial property owners who are in the market for management services.
