Google Places Suspension-What to do?

As luck would have it my very first paid ofline client had their GP account suspended. All I did was claim it, corrected the address, added images and required info about the business.

I looked thing over closely and saw their was a problem with the city in the map section not being the city of the new address. I also had created a couple of categories that were keyword related. Another issue that could be is that when i went to create the companys Youtube account i had to create another Google account so that the YouTube account/channel would be for the business and not the VP.

I read a post in the GP help forum that stated if the red suspension banner did not have a reconsideration option then that account is dead and I need to start over. Anyone with experience please help. I don't want my first client to go sour since all my other services so far for this company have been great.

    What do you mean by this exactly .

    If possible Can you please gimme the details which you have posted in you GP account, So that i can analyze the way you have created your account.

    As far i know, If there is a spammy business title, Chances for Google to suspend the Places account is more. Spammy Business Title is . Like " Location + Service" Example Water Heater repair Marietta . ,This is title is considered as keyword spamming. And in the categories , Do not try to stuff the keywords always.

    using PO Box as an address is also an another chance.

    And how many listings are their for that business listing account . Chck that one also.

    If possible chck submit for a reconsideration .

      What I mean by the city problem is that the new address is in Fairview Heights, Il and the old address was Belleville, IL. When I went in to edit the listing tonight I saw that the section where you can say how many miles from location you serve still had Belleville, Il 20 miles instead of Fairview Heights, Il 100 miles. So there was Fairview in the listing details but Belleville on the map.

      In the process of verifying by phone I did gethung up and created a second listing and then deleted the wrong one theus making me have to get the pin number twice. I have screen shots in PDF that you can view at Index of /metro_lock_security/help

    I just googled the phone number and there are multiple listings for the company in other local cities with the same phone number. When I search places i then found a listing for another company name with that phone number. I think I should first talk to owner to see if i can remove or edit eh listing with other company name and also delete listing I created. I should be ok from there. What do you think?
