Taking Action people (Help!!!)

I want to thank everyone in this forum! I decided that the only thing I'm going to focus on this year is web design since I try to do so many different things/business at the same time. Now, I have my company site up for web design, just hired 4 sales people that are ready to go (two of them use to sell web design for verison yellow pages before being laid off), and I have leads/phone numbers in there hands and taught them how to prospect today. They will be calling early in the morning, weekends, and on lunch breaks. I'm so nervous right now and I'm desperately trying to not show them. This is crazy cause I can't believe I'm doing it. Now it's just time to close some deals. Thanks again and I will keep you guys updated. Andy advice would be a blessing because I'ma first timer at this.

Any tips on keep sales people focused and motivated. I think I will add a sales blog to my company website showing my own success so they can see that it can be done (I'll add the success of others as well....maybe be a good tool to attract more sales people in the future. ).
