Website Design -Cart Before the horse

So I just made a sale I wasnt planning on making. A chiropractor friend of mine would like me to design and build a site for her new office.
Im pretty sure I want to do a 5 page wordpress theme similar to what Dylan Doyle has done but I dont know if I will be missing anything when I quote her a price. Do you typically secure hosting for the client ahead of time? How do you transfer this to her after its created? Im still new at this so sorry for dumb questions. I know im going to be outsourcing a lot of the work so I can provide the most quality site possible for her as my skills are total beginner.
What am I missing? How would you handle it?

    The simplest way I have found to do it is build their site on a subdomain of my site until they are happy with the design.

    Once the site is complete, (and you have been paid) clone it and deploy on their hosting and domain.

    If you are going to be offering hosting for the residual income it is simple to set them up on your reseller account. If not you just need their info to set it up on their host.

    Just get a reseller account at HostGator (~$20 a month) and you can host all your clients sites on there, and they can have their own cpanel (never had a client that knew what cpanel was)

    Try to do webmaster services, so you have control of the account and they can't ruin anything. If not, just use the reseller login that you make when you add the domain.

    HostGator is great with support, they'll literally do all this for you. You can get a lot of good themes from ThemeForest too for WordPress that are more than adequate for an offline client.
