Journey to £10,000 a month, this is my plan!

I have started out Internet Marketing for about 3 months now.

I spent the first month looking for "easy money making guides" (haha i'm sure I am not alone), and failed miserably at every method due to not focusing on one and jumping to something new if it gets too complicated. Then I changed my mind set and started burrowing my head into any free information/ebooks available for the past 6 weeks and have gained a "foundation" understanding of IM.

Now I have recently been attracted to Offline Marketing and gathered as much information in the past two weeks(WF was the most useful for this topic). I decided to share my plans and I would like to hear from other warriors there feedback and tips. Sorry for making this long .


Preparation phase:

- Write a informative hand-out report with my name and contact details on every page, also a section detailing what I do and my services.

- Create a website with portfolio of pre-made websites.
Do I need to buy domains? Can I just add content to templates and Screenshot them?

- Business Cards

*How can I write a contract?
*What is a Service Agreement?


Services offered:

- Website creation £289 (£48/m for H&M)
Need a Custom website brief, what question should I ask client?

- Search Engine Optimization (how much should I charge?)
If I wanted to outsource this, could I just buy one campaign() and leave it for say a year? if not how often should I? and how many backlinks per month?

- Copy Writing (outsource) £25/per 500 words
Best place to find writers?

- Facebook fanpage (outsource) £95 (£15/m for H&M)

*What other services can I offer? Preferably ones I can outsource.
*Does setting up an autoresponder count as a service? if so how much should I charge?


Prospecting:

- Find in Yellow Pages and Newspaper/Magazine ads, will research to find out the owners name and when they were established.(will do this weekly)
- Target businesses with high value clients.
- Review their website if they have one, look out for call to action copy, auto responder opt-in box and whether it's easy to navigate.
- Contact businesses by email and then a phone call.
- Meet business owner at gatherings and hand out my informative report(idea from Warrior - Thank you!) and business card with website.
- Organise 10 Seminars a month, teaching my report.

What else can I do to get clients? Is there any other ways to market myself offline.

I had more in my head but after writing it seems so little, there are more questions in my head than the ones there, so any feedback is much appreciated!
