hey everyone this is kinda off the topic but at the same time on topic for advertising 2 weeks ago I was able to obtain a nice piece of software from a buddy of min that helps me generate B2B Leads for commercial account.

I am currently selling 100 leads for $5.00 on fiverr here: ( I will send you targeted commercial phone and mailing leads up to 100 for $5 on fiverr.com) Note: Sorry for the no link since I am new here it will not allow me to post the link but if you put "I will send you targeted commercial phone and mailing leads up to 100 for $5 on" in the search bar you will find it mne has the picture with the blue background and lightbulb

Please note what you get with this is

Business Name
Business Phone
Business Address
Business Site if Avail

I am also allowing people to tell me the target business they are looking for either its daycare, Property Management etc...

I figured I would share this I hope I can post this here

to be honest I consider them to be cold leads I use the program for my cleaning business for example.

I run a search for lawyer offices in Biddeford ME and it will search up to a 30 mile radius for me

and then it is up to me to load these leads in my CRM and try and sell them on commercial cleaning

Ah so its basically just more efficient than going through google places or doing searches for certain businesses. You're basically scraping the info? Still this could be useful especially for those outsourcing cold calling.

Well, you're competing with people on fiverr that are doing essentially the same thing, but offering 1,000 or 2,500 leads.

If you're bent on selling these, yeah maybe put up a site to sell the leads. There is value in having an organized lead list, by certain niches in certain states or cities. Yeah there is value in that.

There are many low cost scrapers that will do that but if you can sell the leads good for you.

It isn't that they aren't selling, it is that you aren't selling them.

Don't just sell the leads, sell how to use them. "I will show you how to land customers using a targeted list of leads"

They can get the leads from anyone, you add the extra skill of showing them how to use the leads.
