Advices Needed : Reseller or affiliates?

Hi guys!

Saw some interesting thread that I intend to need some advices on this.

If let's say I am interested of helping others to do website. Which will be ideal?

1. Going by Affiliates where I can earn the commission when i introduce them to HG. However one thing I am afraid is that they might eat my commission up once i hit certain target. (I heard horrible story on this)

2. Or should I go for reseller instead? Where I can charge how much I like. But there's a issue that I might foreseen..How many site I can host for Aluminum plan?

P.S: Does having links from the reseller hosting account count as different link? Or it will still count as one IP address? Or if I intend to get different Links, I should suggest them to go for self-hosting instead of reseller account. Am I right to say that?

    I would say reseller because one you can make your own price up depending on the customer needs. and you will make way more money, yes it will not be passive like affiliate. but like they say no pain no gain. so either be lazy and do affiliate and not make as much or work at it and make more with reseller.

    But having a reseller program mean that there's a limit for website visits.
