What Would You Do? (Network Marketing)

I Need Your Input on this matter.
I am currently involve with a Network Marketing Company (offline) it is a very lucrative opportunity that I already proven. The problem is I would like to promote this business online but I can't use or mention the name of the company in any promotional materials, and I don't want to promote the replicate website.
The major problem for me now is this company is limited to just a few States it's not nationwide, I really don't worry about the limited areas I just need some input on how to promote this business.
What would you do to promote this?

If you're asking how to market a website to people without naming th company, you could generate a QR code linking to the site in question, then put the code on a business card or on a flyer describing the opp with "Scan me for details". This should be done in your own state, not online.

If you're asking how to promote it ONLINE with your own custom website, ask you upline for permission to duplicate the test of the site and build your own WordPress site with affiliate links to your sign-up page on the mother-site, or wherever they sign up at.

Use a squeeze page to get email info to send them the sales letter with a link to your main site, and include "ONLY VALID IN NY, NJ, PA" or whatever states its OK in.

Thanks for your reply, yes I want to set up a marketing system without mentioning their name, but how can I do that without being suspected? I don't know what a QR code is, and also I have a strategy that I don't want my upline to know about.
All I need to know now is how to get around the red tapes without any trouble.

Why do you want to play the hide and seek game ? Among various verticals that I have one of my verticals is also Network Marketing of MyVideoTalk product... Video Communication Tools. Yes I don't promote the company's website but I do have my own website in which the name of the company is visible. The biggest problem in Network Marketing Industry is that every one plays a hide and seek game.

I am open and tell people it is Network Marketing business before even I invite them for presentation. Whereas many people just surprise them with a one or two hr presentation for which he is not prepared at all. This is why failure takes place.

If you read the post carefully you will notice that that I am

not trying to hide anything. the company policy clearly forbid

us to use their name in any marketing material, that's why

I am trying to create a marketing portal around it that I don't

have to reveal the name, that's why I am asking for opinion

          in this forum.

QR code = "The square "quick response" codes turn URLs, vCards, or any kind of text into a jumble of pixels that you can scan onto your smartphone instantaneously, no typing required."

An additional method might be to do the website not mentioning the company name, give yourself credit for all the features / benefits etc. I presume you would have an affiliate code when you enter the companies URL. With your limitations this should give you the ability to present info without publically revealing prohibited identity.

Good luck looks like you have a challenge.

Ok, you know the product your "Network" company sells. To me it sounds MLM. Their rules can restrict you big time. So this is what I would do.

Get a website up with a good keyword rich domain, which represents the product/s you are trying to market. NO BRAND NAMES.

So let us look here. If it is about protein powder, then go for a domain name with the words protein power in it for example bestproteinpowder.com or if they have an array of say weightloss products, then a domain weightlossproducts.com or something along those lines.

Then you do some really good reviews on the products, talk about them as though you were talking to a friend over the a cup of coffe, you must review correctly, the good and the bad of each product. BUT do not say the name, just talk about the "Product" I.E. protein powder, balances out your sugars, during the day, leaving you feeling satisfied, etc etc etc. And then at the bottom, a 2-3 line power packed, benefit statement that is hyperlinked and when they click it it takes them to whatever site you are allowed to show them

    Easy

If you are going for people to try to recruit under you, their are strict rules on this, I think about what you can say etc on the internet. Just be careful there. Also people will stay away in droves if they you you are not legit.

    NOT SO EASY!

Hope I have helped in some way

I slept on the idea last night, and everyone is saying it's a big challenge.
So I was thinking, what if I build a squeeze page base on network
marketing, ( like the network marketing industry is still going strong
today) and send subscribers to a e-book where I reveal the company
name? Remember they ask for information so in that information I should
be able to reveal the name of the company.
    Any thoughts on that?

That was my first thought actually but if you didn't want to put up a squeeze page you could use the fan page I mentioned.

However, this squeeze page works too.

If I did do the squeeze page, (which I do all the time in different niches) I would still suggest you build up your own social network.

One of my favorite things to do since I spent these years building my online and offline networks, is when I have started something new, to send an email out to all my lists and post on my social networks and watch all the clicks in a matter of seconds and continue on and on from all the shares and re-tweets.

But keep the promotional stuff to a minimum on social networks. I use a 90/10 rule....90% give value, only 10% promote any links.

Thanks for your input I know there has to be a way that is ethical around all those red tapes.
        Thanks a lot.

Best thing to do is set up a generic front end funnel. Sell info products, then on the back end present your company's opportunity. Starting out, I would recommend promoting another product as an affiliate. There is MLSP, Magnetic Sponsoring, Renegade, Empower Network, etc.

What would you do to promote this?
You cannot promote them but you can promote yourself.

I would suggest you build yourself up as an expert in just networking (I helped another woman do this) or business opportunities or making money or talking to people or whatever is your personal expertise.

Build a large social network presence on facebook & twitter to start and create a linkedin profile, a youtube channel, a blogger account, a google plus account etc. Just create the accounts.

The brand you are branding is YOU. So keep everything in alignment with your business persona and be real but not too personal and NEVER negative or political or talk about religion.

Create all the accounts but concentrate personally on facebook & twitter.

If you already have some groups you belong to, use those group affiliates to grow your friend, fan base and followers faster.

Create a fan page for your own name but connect to an autoresponder saying you are going to give tips on building a downline or finding a good network marketing company to join or something.

You can use this resource to help you with that.

    http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...-business.html

This costs a little and I generally do not recommend to buy WSO's but this one was reasonably priced and really has delivered.

This tool will help you build a list.

Then to keep all these social networks updated, here is another resource you can use:
    http://www.warriorforum.com/war-room...-networks.html

This tool will help you get traffic to your sites and thus, help you build your list. It is free to War Room members and so you must be a War Room member.

That may sound like a lot but even as a total newbie, non-techy person, I did all this in a few hours on several new fan pages and social network accounts for other things.

The key to all this is to
    1) build a social network presence for yourself as an "expert" in this area

    2)build your list.

This is very valuable to you because then this is your asset. You own it.

Whether you stay with this company or not or do other things, you will have your list of people that you have built a relationship with.

Once they are on your list and you have given them some real value for free, tell them your story.

Story sell, details kill the sale.

Then you can promote your program to them.

This is immediately beneficial to you and is a good thing to do regardless of what niche or market you are in.

    Good luck.

In a nutshell...I would not focus on promoting the opportunity. I would focus on attracting the right kind of people (both consumers & people interested in the biz) via organic search, social media, etc.

Once you find the right kind of people that can be successful with the opportunity you present to them...well then it is just a matter of introducing it! Make sure to capture leads with an auto-responder & encourage prospects to contact you via phone or email.
