QR code tracking services?

I hate to have to do this, but i'm in that kind of mood.

Was looking more for recommendation as far as what other qarriors use, as well as what I should charge. Google doesn't really help with that.

The first result has a company that provides qr code tracking at like 9$/month for their basica service, for their basic service, their gold level at 150$/month offer 50 sub users (which is what I'd need I imagine) they have a reseller package but no info for it, I've emailed them a few days ago but nothing so far.

So, I am still using for recommendations. I was actually thinking of just using my own site with redirects, have QR codes pointing at my site's pages that redirect to client's sites. and tracking it through analytics. But seems like too much work considering there are already services that do this and they seem quite cheap.
I just need to figure out what's a good one.

Here's one that a couple of Warriors are using (the paid version), but there are some older versions I have been playing with for other things.

Thanks Globalpro, that link looks pretty close to what I'd want. though the price is a bit steep.

How easy is it to install though? for someone who've never installed any server side programms and has an uncanny ability for finding tech problems that no one ever herd of? lol

we use a customized version of a popular qr code tracking script by Ventipix as do many other warriors here - you can opt to get the commercial script yourself and self host it but it will cost you upwards of $700+ they have other versions of the script too but to get all the features you need to be able to configure your hosting account accordingly - for this reason it may be a better option to simply pay for the service from someone who already has it configured and working.

like i said before ours is a customized version and unbranded so its great for use with your own clients

feel free to PM about a free trial, i believe fellow warrior Quentin uses a similar script and there was someone else offering a similar setup too on here not so long ago

either way PM for that trial or check out ventipix.com - i can recommend them, but if you are to host the script yourself and implement all the feature it certainly was far from a simple install like wordpress is....

in comparison to that company that was offering 50 sub accounts for $150/month to me thats steep - we do something similar for a fraction of that cost.

PS just noticed that Globalpro was actually talking about the same company ventipix - FYI we have our own custom version of the Advanced QR Code Analytics & Campaign Manager with all the additional features activated

Since Jay has let the cat out of the bag, I am testing his set up and it's very sweet. Very full featured and the price is right. Has some really great features.
