This is a general question.

What are the most common linking methods for offline client sites?

I'm thinking the quality should be different than a typical affiliate site since you want to make sure that they don't get into trouble.

Do you guys guest blog, utilize blog networks, write articles for publications?

    Yes you can use the same stuff as affilate marketing and maybe a few other things.

    Press releases,ALN network,web 2.0's and such.

      I would also suggest getting backlinks from the same places as your offline client's competitors.

      You can use a service like MajesticSEO to find the competitor backlinks. Then just investigate to see which ones you can also get easily.

    You can find some great back link services at Pleazz.com They know their business. Sitting on the first page of Google for some highly competitive keywords. Some of the keywords have over 45 million competitive sites.
