Okay I've ranked a site Position B in the locals for a niche. How much can you rent these types of rental sites out for? Or should I just sell it and offer to maintain the local listing?

It is my site that I created to do either of those options for. I just sent out a flyer to businesses that are lower down in the locals to rent it but I have no idea how much to charge for this?

I just bought a program that recommends selling for $197 and then a maint. fee of 47-97 a month and that is doable also...

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

And yes residual income is a priority for me.

Why not let the market decide with this first one and then use that as a starting point for the next one.

The businesses in the area where the program creator lives may be quite happy to pay the $197 to buy the site and then a monthly maintenance fee however your local business owners may not be willing to pay that amount. If you show those who are interested in the site exactly what income they can generate with the site then you could ask them what they would be willing to pay for it.

Or perhaps you could ask the interested businesses to put in a bid for it with the site going to the highest bidder. If you did that I think it would be wise to give them an indication of a bid range, say between $195 & $295. and you would need to emphasise the ROI so that they can see the value of the site to their business.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Take good care of those that you love.

I have something similar and I am looking to get $300 a month for basic maintaining it which will take virtually no effort. It is just a wordpress site with 2 articles and some backlinking work done which ranked number 2 in a local niche. My point is $295 for an entire site seems too cheap - depending on the niche and traffic volumes you could get that every month or more.

No it's not. I have another site in position A for a offline business (my own in fact).

      Why do you ask?

Huh? Sorry I don't get it. Linked to? I don't have a link in my post other than those links in the sig file. Bot strategy? Sorry pal you lost me there. Like you I really hate bots. Especially ones that spam my sites. I had to start using Si Captcha to get rid of the junk so I feel you on that one.

I think you were wondering if I was a bot???

Look at the thread I linked to in my first post.

I had answered this exact same question in another thread, which was posted from a different user.

What theemperor is saying is that you posted it, then a bot duplicated your post, and posted it with it's own link in the sig.
