Okay I've ranked a site Position B in the locals

Okay I've ranked a site Position B in the locals for a niche. How much can you rent these types of rental sites out for? Or should I just sell it and offer to maintain the local listing?

It is my site that I created to do either of those options for. I just sent out a flyer to businesses that are lower down in the locals to rent it but I have no idea how much to charge for this?

I just bought a program that recommends selling for $197 and then a maint. fee of 47-97 a month and that is doable also...

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

And yes residual income is a priority for me.

Whatever the value is for them.

If they aren't making any sort of ROI then they won't stay with you for very long.

Break it down very simple and conservatively for them.

    1,000 searches per month
    x25% visit your site
    ----------------
    250 visitors per month
x10% turn into leads via phone call/contact form
    ----------------
    25 leads per month
    x20% turn into customers
    ----------------
    5 new customers a month

Figure out what their average Customer Lifetime Value is, and calculate how much revenue 5 new customers a month would generate for them. Then figure out what type of ROI% you think would be fair... 100%, 150%...

So, if 5 new customers is going to bring them in $2,000 a month.. you could charge $500-$1000 a month.

and of course, make sure it's worth your while!

Cool! Thanks. It's a high ticket industry so I think the min will be $500 bucks but I will start it high.

So far no calls on it as it's a very very small niche also.

If the niche is getting low search volume then you might not want to position it as a lead generation opportunity.

Rather re-position it as a branding opportunity.
