provide back-ground check for offline clients

I want to sign up with some BACK-GROUND CHECK web site to provide a service to offline clients, but having hard time deciding. Any recommendation, for the one web site that does a better job (as to more current, and more complete)? Thank you.

    There are many sites to choose from: USSearch, Intellius, Backgroundchecker, Knowx, PeopleSmart, PeopleFinders, BackgroundIPI, IdentityIPI, & Easy Background Checks. There are many of them. They all charge a fee per background check. I think that Intelius might be your most current & most complete service. It would definitely depend on why your Offline Clients need to do a "Background Check".
