FB Fanpage Template? - Real Estate

Hey guys/gals,

I have a real estate agent who wants to get on facebook but I can't find a good real estate fanpage template. Does anyone know where I can find a professional looking and easy to customize template?

IMHO, if it's a real business, and expects lots of people to visit their fan page, don't use a template. Get a customized one created for them using their logo, call to action, and other stuff that is tailor made for their business and their customers. Make it memorable and unique.

Of course, it also depends on how big a budget you have.

  Thanks Rohit. That's probably what I'll end up having to do.
  
  My thinking was that if I end up getting several real estate agents then it would be nice to have just 1 customizable fanpage...know what I mean? That way I wouldn't have to have one made every time. I could just change a few things in the template and be done.
