Moving from my hosting to reseller quick question

Right now I'm at bluehost and have a shared account with 30 websites on it. I was just planning to get another such account everytime I got close to the sql database limit. After some research I found out this would've been a mess. My question about a reseller account is will every site I set up have it's own cpanel or will I have a bunch of sites under one cpanel and how are sites managed with a reseller account?
