Looking for a TeleCaller, Any recommendations?

Hello Warriors,

I am looking for a telecaller who can make and receive calls on our behalf. He/She needs to call some of our potential US clients and get us leads. Also he should be ready to receive phone calls anytime whenever needed. Please recommend me someone if you know any good telemarketer.

    I'm not sure it would be a good idea to mix inbound and outbound responsibilities into one job. It just doesn't sound compatible unless their outbound calling duties never overlap with their secretary duties.

      No matter how good your agents are at English they don't have american accents, their grammar is not at a completely fluent level and they can't think fast enough in english to make it impossible to tell that they are not american.

      As far as mixing inbound and outbound, yes not a good idea. Any outbound center will be able to receive callbacks but you shouldn't mix inbound in the sense of clients and prospects calling YOU...for that just get a virtual phone system like grasshopper or toktumi.

        When we say good in English it's already overall including quick thinking and comprehension. Philippines is already one of the top when it comes to BPO/Call Centers.
