I've been running my offline consulting business for a year now, and have tried and failed at a lot of things. My one success so far has been convincing prospective clients who were looking for SEO, to get my CRO (conversion rate optimization) service instead. I found that I was drawing out this diagram and answering the same questions about what CRO was, so I decided to make a video presentation to explain it.

This video has helped me to sell:

* CRO
* Google Adwords campaign management
* Facebook Advertising management
* SEO
* Social Media Marketing training

because it shows

* where website traffic comes from
* what to measure
* and how to improve it.

It makes sense to business owners, and talks to them about what they care about most - ROI (return on investment).

Although my main product is Conversion Rate Optimisation using Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Adwords, and Website Optimiser - this could be used to sell your social media service, SEO, blog writing, video production, or any other traffic generation or content creation service - because they all fit into the diagram. All you need to do is emphasize the value of your service in the big picture.

Yes, I know it could be better. But as it is already working for me as a lead generator and saves me time having to explain this again and again, I'm not going to invest any time into it to try and achieve that elusive perfection that held me back from getting things done for years - unless you would pay for something like this - with the presentation file, and transcript (so you can do the audio in your own voice, or hire a professional voice-over artist) + add your own intro and outro.

I'm willing to make a "generic" version of this, that doesn't mention any brand names (such as Google Analytics) or make several versions of this, if there is interest - for example to push

* traffic generation service(s) - eg: SEO, social media marketing, Adwords, Facebook Ads, etc.
* content creation service(s) - eg. article writing, blog posting, video, photos, etc
* metrics and conversion rate optimisation - eg. Google analytics, other analytics packages.

Any comments or feedback you have are welcome - as to what you'd like, and how much you think it would be worth - and how much you would pay for it, if you would like me to limit the number of copies, etc. I'm all ears.
