Marketing a house in a regional area

We have a house for sale in a regional area of Victoria and we are not reaching the people with advertising in the paper. Leaflet drops aren't getting a great response either....

Any other ideas for some offline marketing for people in regional areas?

    Do you have a multiple listing service equivalent in Australia. Something like 85% of homes in the state are sold due to their mls listing. The advertising is usually for clients for the listing realtor.
