Google Places Frustration

My clients GP listing has reverted back to his old address. I researched the GP help forum and found that the problem could be citations with the old address. I also then today notice a thread on this forum talking about other weird issues recently with Google places. Anyone ever experience the problem I am having and know what to do?

    That is odd, because the changes to the listing aren't supposed to happen before the account holder is notified. Do you have access to the gmail account housing the listing? You should have received notice and a chance to resave your listing thereby re-verifying the info in the listing.

    I would do a Google search for the business name with the old address and edit as many of those old citations as possible. Search: "Business Name" old street name or "Business Phone" old street name.
