Directory Software Recommendation Needed

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking to start a Directory Site for some local businesses. I'm familiar with a few WP Themes. Are there, or is there a particular WP Theme that someone can recommend? A link to a site that's up and running would be most appreciated.

I'm not much of a tech guy, so I'd like something that looks professional but is easy to build and manage.

      There's something called Directory Press that is pretty much a simple WP Plugin. Pretty decent support from what I've heard.

      PHPLD PHP Link Directory (not an affiliate) is a much more robust product but if you're not a techy guy, I wouldn't go there. They have excellent support if you already are somewhat techy because the help you'll get is geek-2-geek.

        Thank you, David for the recommendation. Yes, we are a little more on the "techy" side. We have more features, and with that comes a little longer learning curve. We are building our tutorials section and hopefully will slowly bridge the gap of learning our software more rapidly.
