What is the Best way to check your ranking?

OFFLINE MARKETING

Hi,

At the moment I use 'Safari' as my browser. I clear the history and the cache whenever I search. Then I type in my keywords.
Is this the best way to check how other people will see the search?
If I use a service like hide my *ss then a different set of results are shown.
Is there a preferred way of seeing the correct results?

Yes, it's fine. It changes when you use a proxy because the server hasn't adjusted the results to the external time zone yet.

I have to agree with the bunch. Rank Tacker is my favorite. I also use Market Samurai to keep tabs on the competition as well. I get their back link history and compare their position in the rankings.
