Voice broadcast script for site rental

I have acsite that I would like to rent and I am going to use callfire's voice broadcast system to do it. In the particular niche and city I am targeting there are 394 listings in the yellowpages. I intend to load all of these phone numbers and leave a message after their business hours. Would anyone be able to share any ideas on a short but effective message that would work well to get interested prospects to call back?

Thanks, looking forward to any suggestions.

Eric

Rather than trying to get them to call you back, do a 2-step deal. Have them call an 800 number for more information (use callfire for this also). The 800 number can explain everything in detail and those who are interested will leave their name and number. This will be much more effective.

Callfire allows you to 'hang up' on real people and only leave messages on machines. You might want to try that. Either way you are going to tick people off with this method. Honestly I wouldn't expect much success with only 400 businesses although it's certainly possible.

      Ty,

Thanks for your insight. Why do you suggest it will tick them off? Simply because I am calling after business hours?

      Thanks

It will tick some off because some people will answer live, even after hours, and they will either get hung up on or tricked by an automated message.

The only way around it is if you are sure that no people will answer live.

What we have done in the past is get a twilio number that leads nowhere and use it as the caller id number that you have to enter in callfire. This was for a client broadcasting to his customer base, not my own campaign.

It's probably a little gray hat but it's an option.

I actually thought it was sort of "respectful" I'm that I'm not taking time out if their day to try and sell them something. I'm simply leaving a message letting them know what I have to offer, and if they are interested they can call for more info. Just my 2 cents.
