What is the best way to track all your email accounts?

Hello everyone,

What is the best way to track all your emails that you create? With article marketing, I created several email accounts for different niches. At first, I just used only 1. Now, I'm thinking of outsourcing writing articles. Questions, should I keep on creating new emails for each different articles and niches or just have 1 main email for every niche?

Please help, I value anyone's advice.

Thanks,
Tony

Usually, people use different e-mail addresses to register for different article directories for each niche. Yes, this can be difficult to manage. I personally use Outlook and Thunderbird clients. Also, I maintain an excel sheet on my external hard drive with all my user names and passwords for each e-mail address. With regards to my e-mail service providers, I either use Yahoo or Gmail accounts.

Thank you so much for your input. I plan to have 40-50 domain names by the end of this year and I know it's going to be really hard for me to manage all of them. I will take your advice. For each niche, I will have 1 email account that will be for that primary for that domain and use the same email for all the article directories, youtube, facebook, twitter, and more.

      Thanks again for your expertise.

You can share a google mail account with your outsourcer and put all the accounts on a google spreadsheet. That way you can get a hold of all the sites that have been registered and whatnot.

In your hosting accounts, set up webmaster@ or your name@ as a forward instead of a real email account. Then you can have all the emails come to your main account.

I use Thunderbird as well. In it, you can set up alternate identities, so you can send from any account you need to.

You could also set them all up as pop accounts and have them all dump into your main account.
