There, Actually I'm doing business from UAE especially; So here I'm looking for some cutting edge ideas from your end, P.N: I'm not able to spend that much of $$ for online business, if you have any off line marketing ideas please.

    You have to understand your potential customers' needs, including constraints imposed by external factors such as disposable income, customs, tastes, societal norms, etc... An idea that might go smashingly well in the UK may fall flat in the UAE.

    Depends on your skills... if you want a more direct approach you can opt for cold calling. Otherwise you can opt for other indirect approaches to marketing your business.

    You need to think about what skills you have and that people will want. Also, it's something that you're going to spend a lot of time on so you have to be passionate about it. The opportunities are pretty much endless but it would depend on laws out there (possibly regarding banned websites (I think Facebook is banned in Vietnam for example), payment processors, advertising laws etc.) First thing to do is think of a service/product and who you are going to have as your clients. See if your idea is feasible with market research before you spend loads of time and effort on it. Don't know your skills/passions so that's about all I can help you with at the moment...

    Yep, like the others mentioned.

    First take stock of your skillsets, go to blogs related to your industry and see how your skillset is able to alleviate people's problems... then with that knowledge go and meet people in the real world to see if they would be interested in your service.
    If not, back to the drawing board and onto the next idea

      If you're wanting to be a "Portrait painter" you WILL need some "Talent". But, if you're looking at money-making...you could be a "House painter" with no "Talent" and some "Training"....BUT....whatever you decide on, the ONE SKILL you NEED....is "Sales" skills.....

      How to...
      FIND prospects
      Give a Presentation on "Solving a Problem" for those prospects
      and....
      WHY they should Pay YOU to solve that problem!

      Examples;
      1) Dental & Medical Office Appointment Confirmations
      A few yrs ago I noticed the receptionist in my dentist's office was phoning me a day before my appointments to REMIND me of my appt. I asked her if she had "Time" to do this everyday. She confided that she "wished she didn't have to make the "reminder" calls.

      So....I looked around for "Software" that could make "Automatic Reminder Calls". Found a good one and asked my dentist if he'd rather "outsource" his "Reminder" calls.

      He said, "Whatcha thinking about?" I told him I had found a program that would make the Calls for him. I told him I could find someone to do this for him and....picking a number out of the air....asked if he'd pay $20 a day for this "service".

      He said, "Yup! Let's do it!"

      So...I bought the software and found a single mother I knew....showed her to to operate the progrram and proceeded to get her 20 clients.

      20 clients paying $20 A DAY = $400 A DAY! x 5 = $2,000 A WEEK! The gal was EXSTATIC!

      2) Back in 1990 when Faxes were HOT....I noticed my wife, at her Antique Shoppe, was getting Faxes from a local Deli, showing the "Daily Specials".

      I dropped by the Deli and told the owner I thought that was a GREAT idea and how was he doing it.

      He said he paid one of his waitresses to;
      a) Phone local business offices asking if they'd like to receive a "Daily Special Fax"
      b) Send faxes to those offices that agreed to receive them

      I asked the owner if he'd be willing to consider having "Someone Else" do this for him. He said, "You Betcha! My girl HATES doing this!"

      So....I asked him if he'd be willing to pay $20 A Day....$100 a week for someone else to do this FOR HIM!

      He replied; "Bring It On!"

      So....I found a girl who was willing to LEARN how to Send Faxes on her computer. I found a program (WinFax Pro)....set her up and proceeded to get other Deli's and Restaurants to pay $20 a day to have me send Daily Special faxes for them to local offices.

      Great Money-Making Ideas are ALL AROUND ...ya just gott LOOK and BE AWARE!

    Since you are based in the UAE, you are better placed to do Real estate, Petroleum, and Export businesses to Europe and America. You just need market in those countries.
