How to increase the bing rank ?

My bing rank is going down..What should I do increase the rank .Now am doing press release submission,forum posting,blogging etc.What else I should do to increase the ranks,Does directory submission is a must?

      backlink! I've not seen SEO having as big an effect on Bing and Yahoo (they are linked at the hip) as with Google.

        First of PageRank as in GOOGLE page rank has NO effect on the bing search engine, it is a patented ALGORITHM for GOOGLE. GOOGLE is NOT BING!

        Backlinks aren't really as big of a deal in those search engines. On page optimization, with the keyword in the URL, title tag, etc, is good for many keywords. As for "quality backlinks", it depends on your definition, but bing and yahoo don't exactly have the same standards as google.

    The most importing things to increase you ranking in any search engine including Bing is that you should drop your site links to other websites which improve rankings, even the original content helps a lot. After doing these things for some time you will surely get good results in Bing and you will notice that your site rankings would go up.

    Backlinks helps you to increase your rank or PR, I have some suggestion for you if you can easily do this, what you only need to do is to find a software who can allow you to free making templates(put your link inside the template) and then you upload it on different free template sites as many people want to avail this opportunity and then your link start boosting on the Search engine and you will be going to get high PR and good reputation as well... enjoy

    i think just focus to improve your ranking on Google, it ll automatically influence on Bing and Yahoo Ranking.... but might be some slow..
