Potential New Lawyer/Attorney Client- Advice?

I had a top ranking site for a suburb or a big city. it has blank banners up and was built on the rent a site model, i just hand't found a client. traffic was going to waste.

i was contacted, and am supposed to speak with him next week. i have disclosed that we want $300 for the site and he asked about 3 other sites he wants built which targeted other small cities in the area.

i want to give a decent proposal. my initial thought is to basically do to the other sites what i have done to my first site. that is put up 1000 words of unique seo optimized content and seo it to rank above google places results.

i figure i can charge a setup/design fee, and build the first couple months of seo into the price, then charge a monthly fee to maintain his rankings.

this is NOT my main focus of a business model right now, but if this shows promise, i am willing to divert some attention, time, money in this direction again. this could potentially be a several thousand dollar gig.

so does anyone have advice with this potentially open palate, as to what direction would yield the most results with the least amount of effort/money?

perhaps offering mobile versions of each site, perhaps having him do a video and ranking it easily? not looking for stuff to ambitious or outside the box (or my comfort zone).

Thanks
