Anyone know of any alternatives to callfire - that accept non-US residents?

  If you're looking for Call Tracking & Call Recording, both evoice.com and callrail.com works for US & Canada, but I don't think anywhere else.
  
  You might also want to try IfByPhone.com, though I'm not sure what regions they serve.

Anyone know of any alternatives to CallFire, IfByPhone, CallRail, eVoice, Twilio, Kall8, or Marchex (that has local numbers for Canada and call tracking/recording)?

  Try Phone dot com? They have everything you could ever need there, I have hundreds of numbers there and never have any issues. However, I am in the US so I am unsure if they accept non-US clients, but am certain they provide numbers world-wide.

EDIT: I guess I wasn't typing the correct search phrase into Google....Twilio works in Australia.
$3/month for a local number & one cent a minute for inbound calls.

Looks like they have pretty good reporting as well.
