SEO marketing for Apartment Complexes (you?)

Does anyone have experience in this.

I think this is a potential goldmine. I also realize it could get you or even a friend or loved one a place to say rent free if done right.

I saw someone post a while back saying they got commission sales from apartment complexes by using craigslist. I also realize that you could sell the leads you get from making and ranking your own sites.

What experience have you guys had with working with them, and how to maximize the money. Are they hard to market to? hard to get to the decision maker?

I understand that each lead is worth at least 6k to 12k or more of course.

The main thing aside from making money, I want to be able to barter with one for free rent to help a family member without spending my money.

    I think your way off base. Each lead is definitely not worth 6k-12k (at least in commission) - maybe in rent however no landlord would ever give more than 1/12th of rental towards commission.

    Those landlords who are willing to give a huge commission of 1/12th of rental (one month) already have a service to find tennants - it's called MLS. Everyone else NOT willing to pay 1/12th commission uses free services such as craigslist/kijiji etc...

    No, I would stay well away from this marketplace unless you are actually a landlord developing a site to cater to your own building in which case it may make sense depending on how many rooms you have, the rate, your occupancy and expenses...

      Each converted lead that translates into a 12 month lease is worth 6k to 12k or more , if they renew the lease or charge more than 500 to 1000 a month.

      The bottom line is when i do a search for the suburb i live in , only so many complexes show up on the internet...... this means if you show them that showing up on google will get them at least one new 12 month lease a month..... its at least worth it to pay you the amount of one months rent a month....... or ...... like i said some people get the leads and get that much per lead.

      I cant for a second think this is a bad niche. And to make it even better none of these complexes are ever full to capacity , so giving someone free rent would cost them nothing while you make them money.......

      Bottom line our seo, and marketing expertise will make them money and help them fill up apartments and some warriors are doing it......

      Please let me know if anyone has experience in this niche

      this niche is huge for ROI ....... its just showing it to the decision maker........ If no one has any advice or experience at least that comments on this thread,maybe illl figure it out and make a post telling everyone how to do it after i make it work ..... idk
